The Hanna Municipal Library is relaunching our Community Art Exhibit, and we’re searching for local artists to help us with our promotional material.
All ages can submit original artwork to the Hanna Municipal Library. Submissions will be displayed at the library and voted on by patrons. The winner will have their artwork used as promotional material for the Hanna Municipal Library Community Art Display!
Our Community Art Exhibit relaunch gives artists the chance to display their master pieces, free of charge! Space is open to artists, community groups and organizations to display their works of art!
Art displays will be on a 6-week rotation, and preference will be given to local artists.
Having art displayed in the library is a wonderful benefit to all ages. Art brings with it cultural and historic expression, improves social skills, helps with anxiety and depressions, stay active, relieves stress, creates a sense of community, and has been shown to improve academic performance, just to name a few benefits.
