How do I get a library card?
Register in person at the library or fill out the online membership form. Hanna Municipal Library offers free memberships to all residence living in Hanna and Special Areas #2.
How do I view my account online?
Visit the library catalogue at tracpac.ab.ca. Log in with the barcode number from your library card and your PIN.
What is my PIN/PASSWORD?
Your default PIN/PASSWORD is the last four digits of your phone number. If you are unsure of your PIN/PASSWORD or would like to reset it, contact us.
How do I search for library items?
Search for books, eBooks, audiobooks, DVDs, video games, and more using the online catalogue TRACpac.
What happens if I return library items past the due date?
Overdue fines are charged at 10¢ per item/per day.
We respectfully ask that you return library materials on time so other library users can access them.
How do I access downloadable eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, and other digital content?
